I filed complaints with Federal Reserve and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I filed with them and BBB. I finally got my refund 4 months later. Having to deal with Optum was the worst! They should not be allowed to be in business. Optum RX does not call clients without prior consent; and if a representative calls, a message is always left. The caller to my number is a robocaller and/or scam caller. I should add that I have notified Optum RX of the problem. 1. OPtum rx sent notice in December re: my mother's RX for Ranitidine = can cause cancer. Stop taking. I called OPtum & they refuse to provide coverage for the replacement drug Famotidine. I called our MD who states they called in a replacement. Optum states they never recived the request for a new Rx and still refuses to cover the Famoditinde. 2. Optum Bank scam on my HSA account. they charge your account fee did not post on monthly statement, and the fee charge was error, it was last August, I called them got back on September, it happened again on March, and back my account on April, those transactions did not show up on the statement.
