The keto diet is a high-fat and low-carb (HFLC) diet. I would actually describe it as extremely low-carb-you're allowed to eat just 20 grams in a day. Some people on keto follow a net-carb plan (you can subtract the grams of fiber from a food's total carbs) and you're allowed to eat more carbs in a day. A ketogenic diet may help you lose more weight in the first 3 to 6 months than some other diets. This may be because it takes more calories to change fat into energy than it does to change carbs Keto is not hard to follow at all. See, this is why I took my diet and nutrition into my own hands.
